Taking a rough gauge of weddings by season, my experience producing video and photographing hundreds of weddings indicates that summer and fall are the most popular seasons for weddings in New England. But spring weddings have the benefit of less competition for prime dates and cooler weather so the guys don’t roast in their suits. As far as weather risks like spring rains, well, this is New England. The weather is always a consideration. For vacation spots in New England, peak tourist season hasn’t kicked in yet, so it’s less busy, which is a plus for wedding guests.
